Ce stage est principalement consacré à l’ enseignement des quatre pratiques de base : Tandava, le Yoga des émotions, les visualisations de Matsyendranath, les pratiques du Vijnanabhairava Tantra. Un moment est aussi consacré aux questions/réponses.

Ce stage est accessible à tous.

THÈME DU STAGE : Journey through the 36 tattvas. How from matter, the senses, the intellect, Shiva/Shakti and beyond, the nature of things is fragmented and then reunited by the presence of the absolute.

HORAIRES : Les journées commencent à 10h00 et se terminent à 18h00. L' accueil se fait le samedi à partir de 9h30.
