Seminar (residential) - Glarisegg (Steckborn)

This residential seminar will be devoted to the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, the practices of Vijnanabhairava tantra, as well as the Yoga of touch.  A moment will be reserved for questions/answers.

This seminar is accessible to all.

SEMINAR THEME - THE VISION OF KUNDALINI IN THE SPANDA PATH OF THE YOGINIS: “The understanding of Kundalini in the Spanda path of Kashmiri Tantrism is extremely original. It is not vertically oriented, as in other traditions, but starts from the heart center and unfolds like a golden sphere. This spherical vision developed by the Yoginis is both powerful and gentle. It can only develop once all centers are open. It never brings about accidents. Kundalini is regarded as the Shakti. Its worship opens the heart center. The practices leading to this opening will be taught in this workshop.”

SCHEDULE: first day: reception at 4:30 p.m. and seminar starts at 6:00 p.m. ||  Last day the seminar ends at 1:00 p.m.

• A meditation cushion.
• Take a sheet to protect the mattress.
• A towel.
• Your own oil.  Sesame or olive oil cannot be used.  An odorless oil such as Biotone or Weleda is recommended.
• If you have a mattress you can bring it.
