Workshop week-end - Turin

This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, the practices of Vijnanabhairava Tantra. There is also time for questions/answers.

Workshop accessible to all.

WORKSHOP THEME: To detoxify from beliefs, certainties and dogmas, nothing beats the practice of Abhinavagupta's Garland of Letters. When conducted in parallel with the practices of the yoginis outlined in Matsyendranath's Kaulajnananirnaya Tantra (The Royal Path of Shakti - published by Inner Traditions), it leads to mental silence and presence.

TIMES: The workshop begins at 10a.m. and ends at 6p.m.. You are welcome to come in from 9:30am for the check-in.
