This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions and the visualizations of Matsyendranath. Part of the workshop is also reserved for questions/answers.

Workshop accessible to all.

WORKSHOP THEME: The in-body chemistry is the manifestation of an inner alchemy that will modify perceptions, vibratory exchanges, feelings, and internal fluidity to reconcile them with the world. We will explore this transmutation from the gross to the subtle body.

TIMES: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 am
