Weekend workshop - Berlin

This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions and the visualizations of Matsyendranath. Part of the workshop is also reserved for Q&A.

Workshop open to all.

WORKSHOP THEME: The body as an instrument of awakening through its total embodiment and immersion in reality. The opening up of a world where everything is real, and the courage to confront this reality by emerging from the concept that everything is illusory. How Kashmir Tantrism and Chan return to the body as an instrument of union with the totality.

SCHEDULE: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
